I’m Karim — Father of three wonderful kids, consultant, coach, and someone who’s been on both sides of the table. I’ve built departments, led turnarounds, and helped brands scale across the Middle East.But the one factor that changes outcomes every single time? Mindset. I always dreamed of launching my own consultancy—but I waited until I had something real to offer. After 20+ years leading marketing, sales, and strategy teams across FMCG, retail, events, advertising, and consulting, I knew it was time.
